Practice Philosophy

We practice holistically, treating the whole person not just the disease, and by supporting and nurturing the body’s own ability to heal. We believe in integrative medicine – we’re happy to be a part of your healthcare team. In addition to being acupuncturists, and we are also herbalists. Chinese herbal medicine is an important part of most treatment plans. We also use Tuina medical massage, moxibustion, cupping, Guasha, and dietary therapy with nutrition supplements as part of my practice. Jinhee also offers facial rejuvenation cosmetic acupuncture and acupuncture for weight management.

Patients are seen by appointment only on. The Clinic is open weekdays, Monday to Friday. Early morning and evening hours are available for appointments. Inquiries can be made by calling the clinic at (212) 863-9223 or using the Contact Page to have the receptionist call or email you back.Practice Hour

Insurance Coverage

We are in-network providers for Empire Blue Cross/Blue Shield health insurance.

Out-of-network coverage is available for the following health insurance plans:

  • Cigna
  • Aetna
  • United Healthcare

Coverage must be confirmed before your first appointment as some insurance plans do not cover acupuncture. If you hope to use your insurance to pay for acupuncture, we will need your full name, plan name, member ID, group ID, date of birth and insurance company contact information to confirm your eligibility. If you are not the primary insured on your plan, please let me know who is and give us that person’s date of birth, too. A copay or coinsurance may be due at the time of your visit.
