How to make 2015 great

Here’s my first tip to making 2015 a fantastic year.

Spend 10 minutes each day doing something you love, something that has nothing to do with work or school or family. Something totally for you. Something that makes you happy. Make the time. There’s 10 minutes to be found in your daily routine somewhere. Prioritizing that kind of feeling good. Your body and soul will thank you.
